Bill previously worked in the automotive industry as a human resources manager where he led team initiatives for over twenty-five years. After graduating college from Ohio University with a business degree (BBA 1992), Bill relocated to the Cleveland area where he studied the tree care industry while working part-time for his Uncle’s tree service formerly located in Kirtland, Ohio. Bill spent seven years working as a journey person fulfilling all roles & positions from ground crew to climber specialist until starting his own business in Broadview Heights, Ohio in 2003. From 1996 through 2018, Bill worked both as a human resources manager and part-time in the tree care business perfecting the Seymour Tree Service business model clients enjoy today.
Bill is a loving husband and father who is committed to his children; he firmly believes that success is earned by attitude, effort, and a strategic plan. Bill’s passion for his family and friends inspires him to be his best.
Bill was a scholarship student athlete at Ohio University from 1988-1992; he considered himself “strong and fast” until the day both his daughter, Sydney Seymour, scholarship athlete at the University of Tennessee and son, Brady Seymour, Saint Edwards High School football player proved otherwise!
David has achieved countless successes throughout his storied life; however, his most precious achievement continues to be that of a loving husband and father to his beautiful children. David’s commitment to our clients begins and ends with the promises he made to his family; he will not let you down.
In his free time, David is an avid golfer. Ever since joining Seymour Tree Service, David finds himself assessing trees on the golf course rather than paying attention to the yardage to the green. His golf game has suffered greatly as a result!
Bev previously worked in various strategic roles in the automotive industry before joining the team. Bev loves cats and Seymour Tree Service clients! If anyone ever calls the Company with a cat stuck in a tree or a question related to our services, Bev will immediately sound the alarm for a response. Bev was born on Christmas Day, which makes her very special to us!
Brady is an honor’s graduate of Saint Edward High School, and he played varsity football on a State Championship winning team. The faith, discipline, and commitment to seeing a task to the end, in which he learned while at St. Ed’s, is always appreciated by our tree care clients.
Flash forward literally because Brady now splits his time between attending Kent State University’s College of Business, and Seymour Tree Service. During his free time, Brady can be found at the gym working out, or studying for the International Society of Arboriculture certified arborist exam.
You won’t find many customers “throwing shade” at our tree services (We hope!). Here’s what some Clevelanders are saying about us:
