We are fully capable of providing the following services to both commercial and residential locations:

Tree Removal

We specialize in the removal of large and hazardous trees. Our team of skilled climbers have extensive experience in dealing with all types of difficult situations such as limited access areas, nearby utility lines, and trees with extreme decay.

Removal should be considered if your tree is:

dead, decaying, insect-infested or diseased

causing an obstruction or hazard

damaging nearby trees or vegetation

interfering with new construction

We are well qualified in crane removals and can provide either a 23 ton or 40 ton crane to complete your job.

Tree Trimming
Your trees can represent up to 10% of your property's value in addition contribute to the beauty and atmosphere of your home. We can help you identify what type of service is needed.

Deadwood Removal - removal of dead, dying, diseased,crowded, and weak branches from the crown of the tree

Elevating Canopy (Raise Limbs) - removal of lower branches from a tree in order to provide clearance for homes, vehicles, pedestrians, and views
Crown Reduction (NOT topping) - includes selectively reducing the size, height or spread of a tree by pruning back the leaders and branch terminal to the lateral branches

Thinning - includes the selective removal of branches to increase light penetration and air movement through the crown

Stump Grinding

Specialized equipment is used to grind stumps and sometimes roots down to well below the surface of the soil. Leaving a stump in place affects the aesthetics of your property, makes it difficult to maintain the lawn and attracts insects.

Cabling

We sometimes recommend cabling a tree to stabilize weak limbs which will prevent property damage. Flexible steel cable is installed to support the limbs and limit movement.
Proper pruning when a tree is young will reduce the need for cabling when it matures.

Clean Up

Seymour Tree Service is very particular about cleaning up after a job. Chipping brush, raking, collecting and piling debris are included in most standard services. Additional cleanup services include filling with topsoil, hauling stump grindings, and stacking wood.
